Five tabs, one calm day

Plan the day. Then do the work.

Atlas is built around your day: Agenda, Inbox, Projects, Focus and Browse. Put the first four in the order you like, and Atlas opens on the first one.

Agenda

Your day, one calm list.

Today's tasks with their projects, what slipped from yesterday, and a place for everything else.

Today

SMTWTFS
  • The Agenda shows today on one card under the week. Tap the month, or pull the card down, to see the whole month. Overdue tasks wait at the top of today, and finished ones fold away.

Repeats and reminders

The things that come back, handled.

Set a task to repeat once, and Atlas brings it back on time and reminds you on your iPhone.

  • Every day, every week, every other week, every month, every semester or every year. Or type “every Monday”.

Focus

Then put the phone down.

Pick the tasks, start a session, and let the screen get out of your way.

Questions, answered.

Is Atlas free?

Yes. Download it from the App Store and use the Agenda, Inbox, Projects, repeating tasks, reminders and Focus without paying. Atlas Premium is optional.

How much does Premium cost?

Atlas Premium is free for 7 days for new subscribers, then $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the U.S. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy. Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Which devices does Atlas run on?

Atlas is made for iPhone, with iOS 26 or later. Your tasks and projects are also on the web at atlasapp.so, in any modern browser.

Can I use Atlas on my computer?

Yes. Sign in at atlasapp.so with the account you made in the app. Your Agenda, Inbox and projects are there, and what you change shows up on your iPhone within seconds. Focus sessions stay on the iPhone, and new accounts are created in the iPhone app.

Why do I need an account?

So your tasks can sync between your iPhones and the web. It is free, and it needs only a name, an email and a password.

What happens to my data?

It is yours. The Atlas app has no advertising and no third-party analytics or trackers, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Your tasks sync securely to your account. Voice capture runs on your iPhone, and the audio is never saved. Export your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from inside the app. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Does Atlas work with Apple Calendar?

With Premium, your tasks sync two ways with Apple Calendar, and your calendar events show in the Agenda.

Which languages does Atlas speak?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French and Italian. Typing “tomorrow at 3pm” works in each of them, in its own words.

Updating from an earlier version?

Tags are now projects. Nothing was lost: every tag you made is a project, with its own card and its own page.

Notes and Journal have retired, so Atlas can do tasks and focus well. Everything you wrote is in Settings, under Archive. You can read it there until December 4, 2026, and save a copy at any time.
