Five tabs, one calm day
Plan the day. Then do the work.
Atlas is built around your day: Agenda, Inbox, Projects, Focus and Browse. Put the first four in the order you like, and Atlas opens on the first one.
Agenda
Your day, one calm list.
Today's tasks with their projects, what slipped from yesterday, and a place for everything else.
Today
Illustration: the Overdue well at the top of today, with two tasks and a Reschedule button.
Illustration: the Inbox, 5 without a date, with project capsules for All, Work, Home, Health and Family, with five tasks and their projects; one has 1 of 3 subtasks done.
Illustration, with sample numbers: the Projects tab, 4 projects and 8 open. Work, 3 open, next today; Finance, 2 open, 1 overdue; Home, 2 open, no dates; Family, all done; and No project, 1.
Illustration: a task's editor with its description, date, reminder, repeat, project and three subtasks, one of them done.

The Agenda shows today on one card under the week. Tap the month, or pull the card down, to see the whole month. Overdue tasks wait at the top of today, and finished ones fold away.
-
Anything you missed waits at the top of today, quietly, with one tap to reschedule it.
-
Anything without a date waits in the Inbox, so nothing gets lost while you decide.
-
Each project gets a card in its own color, with how many tasks are open and what comes next. Tap one to see its tasks, add to it, rename it or delete it.
-
Dates, reminders, repeats, subtasks and a project in one place, with Focus on this task one tap away. Photos come with Premium.
-
Type “Call Ana tomorrow at 3pm #Home” and Atlas picks up the day, the time and the project. Or tap the mic and talk: your speech is transcribed and understood on your iPhone, and the audio is never saved.
Repeats and reminders
The things that come back, handled.
Set a task to repeat once, and Atlas brings it back on time and reminds you on your iPhone.

Illustration: two notifications from Atlas. In the morning, 5 tasks due today and 1 overdue, with today's titles; on Sunday at 7 PM, Plan your week.
-
Every day, every week, every other week, every month, every semester or every year. Or type “every Monday”.
-
Complete a repeating task and its next one is already on its day. Undo a tick and Atlas takes it back.
-
Away this week? Skip this occurrence and the series carries on from the next date.
-
At the time, or 15, 30 or 60 minutes before. Set them on the web too; they ring on your iPhone.
-
A reminder on Sunday evening to plan the week ahead, and a short summary in the morning. Turn either one off in Settings.
Focus
Then put the phone down.
Pick the tasks, start a session, and let the screen get out of your way.
30:00
Illustration: the Sound row opens Tune in, a list of sounds, with Rain checked, beside Ocean, Wind, Drift and Brown noise.
Illustration: a focus session on the Lock Screen, with its time, its ring, and Pause, +1 min and End.
Illustration: the Block apps row set to 3 apps, a Premium feature, and two Scheduled blocks at the Basic level: Work hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and Wind-down, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day.
Illustration, with sample numbers: Focused 1h 25m, Finished 6, a 4 day streak, a session's share image, and Milestones, 3 of 9 coins reached, the next at 250 tasks.
-
Turn the dial or choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, pick the tasks for the session, and start.
-
The timer takes the whole screen, and the controls fade away until you need them.
-
Play rain, ocean, wind or brown noise while you work, and let it carry you through the session. Focus and sounds are free for everyone.
-
Follow along from the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island, and pause or add a minute without opening the app.
-
Choose the apps and websites that distract you, and Atlas blocks them for the length of a session. Or block everything except Atlas and the system apps. Scheduled blocks work even when Atlas is closed. Blocking uses Apple's Screen Time.
-
Your day at a glance in Browse: what you finished, the minutes you focused, and Insights with goals and streaks. Every task you finish counts toward nine milestone coins, from 25 to 10,000, with a small celebration for each new one. Share a finished session as an image made for Stories.
